L.T produce the sleeves, based on our years of Isotropic SIC graphite crucible mature producing process, we we have accurate ratio control, add high percent silicon carbide to make sure the strength to withstand fierce working surroundings, meanwhile, we use customized steel mold to control the dimensions, make sure deviation of final products within ±1cm.
Our sinterred silicon carbide graphite sleeves, with compact structure, low porosity and high strength, its service life has been doubled in actual industrial applications, which saves customers the frequency of replacement and reduces production costs.
1. Producing time
The whole process need 30 days normally, because of the bi part- sinterring period takes around 20 days.
2. Sizes and Deviation
Because all appication is special, we need design mold as client's drawings. and we will strictly process according drawings and can sure deviation of final goods within ±1cm.
3. Packing and Delivery
We use standard export required plywood cased, with load-bearing and internal compactness to ensure long-distance transportation safety.
