Low thermal resistance: thermal resistance is 40% lower than aluminum, 20% lower than copper, 25% lighter than aluminum, 75% lighter than copper, and high thermal conductivity. Graphite heat sinks can be smoothly attached to any flat and curved surfaces, and can be cut in any form according to customer needs. In the plane, it has ultra-high thermal conductivity in the range of 150-1500 W/m-K.

Ultra-thin graphite paper is also known as thermally conductive graphite sheet, heat-dissipating graphite film, graphite heat-dissipating film and so on.
