Nickel-based graphite packing has good thermal conductivity, chemical resistance and self-lubrication. At the same time, the all-nickel-based metal coating structure greatly improves the mechanical strength of the packing, making it denser and stronger. It avoids the disadvantage of thermal loss under high temperature and is fully qualified for valve sealing under ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure conditions.

Graphite packing rings are pressed from graphite ribbons without any fillers or binders, and the purity is greater than 98%. The standard cross-section of the packing ring is square, and it can also be processed into a wedge or V shape for high-pressure parts.

Graphite packing rings are suitable for highly corrosive media such as acids, alkalis and solvents and do not pollute the media; they are also used in high-pressure valves, plunger pumps, agitators, etc. Places where the media cannot be contaminated, such as food, medicine, papermaking, chemical fiber and other industries.

Add Nickel to Graphite
