L.T Graphite Special Supply: Oil spectrometer use discs electrode and rod electrode are the consumables needed for the excitation of oil spectrometers. Disc electrodes, rod electrodes, and high temperature resistant oil cartridges are commonly used consumables for oil spectrometers. They can be used with general oil spectrometers to help get Accurate oil detection results.
The oil spectrometer rotates the disc electrode to bring the sample in the oil box to the gap between the disc electrode and the rod electrode. When the oscillating arc excitation source is connected, the interaction with the electrode rod will generate instantaneous high temperature, vaporize and dissociate the components in the oil sample into gaseous atoms, and then excite the gaseous atoms to generate the characteristic spectral lines of the elements.
