Spectrograph graphite electrode, spectrograph graphite, refers to high purity graphite used in spectroscopy analysis. The carbon content can reach 99.999%.
Spectrochemical analysis is to examine the emission spectrum in the visible light, ultraviolet light and very close to infrared light regions. Each element has a distinct difference on the spectral line. The number of spectral lines for each element is different, with only a few for alkali metals and thousands of transition elements. The presence of elements is identified according to the wavelength of the spectrum, and the intensity of the spectrum can be used to determine the content of the element. Spectral analysis graphite electrodes are usually made of graphite materials. Graphite can be used for spectrochemical analysis of all elements except carbon.
As a proud subsidiary of L.T Group, L.T Graphite with four producing bases located at middle of China, Henan province, and a branch producing base at Sichuan province. L.T graphite covers the entire value chain of fine and medium grain graphite production. From raw material selection, semi-finished product manufacture, precision machining, impregnation, purification, and coating. This is how we ensure the consistent high quality and performance of our products.
Spectral analysis graphite electrode is made of low-ash high-quality petroleum coke as raw material, which is purified by calcination, grinding, batching, kneading, molding, roasting, impregnation, and graphitization. In the preparation process:
(1) Use high-quality low-ash petroleum coke as raw material, and control the ash content at 0.5%.
(2) Due to the small diameter of the spectral graphite electrode, it is easy to deform during the pressing process, and the forming needs to be cut, straightened, and finished.
(3) The electrode after high temperature purification needs to be packaged immediately to avoid being exposed to air pollution. The packaging is packed in polyethylene plastic paper bags, and the packaging must be carried out in an air-purified room.
Spectral analysis graphite electrode:
a: Good conductivity, uniformity, good lubricity
b:High purity, low ash content, high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength
c: Anti-oxidation, strong acid and alkali resistance, strong thermal shock resistance
