Product Description

Product Description

The electric furnace uses high-temperature resistance wire, silicon carbide rod and silicon key rod as heating elements, and the rated temperature of the furnace is 1000C/1200C/1350C/1650C. For laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutes, colleges and universities and other units of alloy steel heat treatment, metal sintering, melting and smelting, etc. Generally applicable to molten aluminum, molten zinc, molten lead, molten tin, molten copper, gold, silver, etc. It can also be used for heat treatment or for elemental analysis and determination, as well as heat treatment operations such as quenching, annealing, and tempering for general small parts.

Maintenance and precautions

1. The electric furnace must be baked before the first use (if the furnace is not baked in sequence, there will be cracks in the furnace or the connection of the furnace wire)
The simultaneous baking time of the crucible and electric furnace is: when the furnace temperature rises to 100°C for 5 hours (open the furnace door to let the water vapor escape), when the temperature rises to 100°C to 150°C for 4 hours, when the temperature rises to 150°C to 200°C 4 hours, when 250°C to 300°C 4 hours, when 300°C to 400°C 4 hours, when 400°C to 500°C 4 hours, when 500°C to 600°C 4 hours (close the furnace door), when 600°C to 750°C 4 hours Hours, 4 hours at 750°C to 900°C, 3 hours at 900°C to 1050°C, 3 hours at 1050°C to 1200°C, 3 hours at 1200°C to 1350°C, 2 hours at 1350°C to 1500°C, the oven is completed . Normal use.
For example, the use temperature of the oven is 1000°C and the oven is 900°C. Be sure to dry the electric stove before use, and please read the precautions for using the electric stove carefully.
2. Before the electric furnace is used for the first time, it is necessary to check whether the temperature measuring head (thermocouple) is in the furnace.
3. There must be reliable grounding before use (to ensure safe use).
4. If there is smoke during heat treatment, the furnace door must be half-opened, otherwise the furnace wire will be burnt.
5. When in use, the furnace temperature must be controlled within 90% of the rated temperature of the electric furnace label, and overheating is strictly prohibited to avoid unnecessary losses
6. It is strictly forbidden to place flammable and explosive materials in the furnace.
7. It is strictly forbidden to work in the case of sudden heat and sudden cold in the electric furnace.
8. Regularly check whether the electric furnace and the conductive system of the controller are in good condition, and clean them regularly
9. When the electric furnace and console are used, the rated power shall not be exceeded. The furnace temperature must not exceed the limit temperature. The heated workpiece containing high moisture is pre-dried, and it is forbidden to pour various liquids into the furnace when the electric furnace has not cooled down.
10. Wear labor protection articles as required before working. Check whether the electrical equipment, furnace body and auxiliary equipment are normal and reliable. The equipment grounding is safe and reliable.
11. Frequently remove the rust of the collapsed shell of the iron pile to prevent the scale from falling off and cause the collapse to "bridge" or "short circuit" the heating wire. It is strictly forbidden to rapidly cool the electric heating wire, and the distance between the outer wall of the yard and the hooked bricks should generally not be less than 60mm, so as to avoid accidents caused by pile collapse.
12. The storage yard must be preheated to above 950 degrees and fully dried before use. Before work, you must check whether there are cracks in the ganta (the ganta is a vulnerable part, and it should be replaced every 2 months or so according to the usage).
13. There should be no water accumulation around the furnace and in the pit in front of the furnace, and no irrelevant items should be piled up.
14. Furnace charge should be inspected, its varieties, specifications, and speed must meet the regulations, and the charge should be strictly checked for explosives. Adding charge must be preheated and guaranteed to be dry, and the adding speed should be slow
15. The tools used for sampling, melting and pouring must be preheated before use.
16. Pay attention to the air circulation, and the ventilation and exhaust devices should be normal and good. During deterioration and refining, operators must wear protective masks and operate in an upwind position.
17. When mixing pouring after smelting, the ladle should not be overfilled with liquid, so as not to cause burns due to splashing of the solution, and the remaining molten metal is not allowed to be dumped casually.
