D: Processing method
1. Customer provide design drawings.
2. Dividing machine will separate big graphite blocks to suitable small blocks firstly, then the blocks will turn to Automatic lathe grinding to raw products, raw products then will go to rotary polishing process.
3. 20 pieces finished products as a set for testing, we will sure the outer-diameter deviation within ±0.02-0.1mm, inner-diameter deviation within ±0.02-0.08mm.
