Silicon carbide graphite crucible is made by adding a high content of silicon carbide particles and refractory materials such as silicon dioxide into the raw materials of graphite, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance of pure graphite, meanwhile enhance the strength the crucible. According to the different ratios of different materials, crucibles suitable for smelting a certain material can be customized. For example, our company has crucibles specially suitable for smelting copper, smelting zinc, and smelting aluminum. Compared with pure graphite crucibles, silicon carbide graphite crucibles reduce production costs.
