Scope of use:

It is widely used in rare earth permanent magnet industry and refining of alloy powder melting furnace.

Rare earth permanent magnet material is a kind of magnetic material which is composed of samarium and neodymium mixed rare earth metal and transition metal (such as cobalt, iron, etc.), sintered by powder metallurgy and magnetized by magnetic field.

Rare earth permanent magnets are divided into samarium cobalt (SmCo) permanent magnets and NdFeB (NdFeB) permanent magnets. Among them, the magnetic energy product of SmCo magnets is between 15--30MGOe, and the magnetic energy product of NdFeB magnets is between 27--50MGOe, which is known as the "permanent magnet king" and is the highest magnetic permanent magnet material. Samarium-cobalt permanent magnets, despite their excellent magnetic properties, contain rare earth metal samarium and cobalt scarce and expensive strategic metal cobalt, so its development has been greatly limited. The development of China's rare earth permanent magnet industry began in the late 1960s, when the leading product is samarium-cobalt permanent magnet, samarium-cobalt permanent magnet world sales of 630 tons, China is 90.5 tons (including SmCo magnetic powder), mainly used in military technology.

Applications:

1. Corundum crucible is composed of porous fused alumina, which is firm and resistant to melting.

2. Corundum crucible is suitable for melting NaCl, etc., not suitable for using alkaline and acidic substances such as Na2O2, NaOH, soda ash, potassium carbonate as fluxes (such as K2S2O7, etc.) to melt samples.

3. Corundum crucible characteristics: high temperature resistance, no acid and alkali resistance, cold and heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance.

4. Corundum crucible shape: arc, cylindrical type.

5. Corundum crucible specifications: 5-1000ml.
